My was a special case, I live in Brazil and I came to New Zealand to sell my mother's property, bacause she suffered a stoke while visiting her daughters in Brazil and was unable to ever return since she became disabled. It was pleasure to meet Vance Bibby, agent for Arizto I met Vance around June 2022 just after the high market boom wanting a appraisal for my home at 19 Malta Cres. Katikati. Vance listed my home around July 20th 2022 when the housing market was steadily on the decline. I Viewed on Facebook house for sale Kara happened to be the Realestate. I asked her a few questions and Kara answered with positive answers, made me fell this purchase could be possible. The steps Kara took were very professional and the advice I got from Kara was doable. At one stage the Gabriel storm hit and all communication with my lawyer was gone as the area he lived was flooding and no Internet. Told kara, and straight away she up and fixed my issues, Kara. actually communicated with professional people, she assisted my needs. Which abled me to meet my deadlines.
