Out of Town Seller

Outstanding Service

We got there!
With the challenging dip in the market right at the point of putting our place up for sale, it took some months to sell. Dave steered us through this period with good market knowledge, insight, positivity and 'grittiness'. It's easy when the market is buoyant for realtors and you often begrudge the little work they need to do in selling. Testament to a good realtor when the going gets tough. Kate was Amazing!
Kate was such a fantastic agent to work with, honest, and knowledgeable of the area. Not pushy at all like some agents, and happy to explain and advise.
