Rochelle was chosen by me from three different agents and agencies. Her assessment was thorough and gave me confidence to start marketing with a price higher than I thought likely to attract buyers. She was very accommodating to my tenant and she has kept me informed every step of the way. I highly recommend Rochelle as a vendor's agent and although I am not re-purchasing another property would not hesitate to go to her if I was looking for a purchaser's agent.

From when I first met Mark I was impressed with his professionalism, we went through the process of listing with ease. He made me feel I had chosen the correct person to do justice in achieving this major decision in my life to move on. I would recommend Mark to anyone selling their home. His personable nature and helpful advice were invaluable to me. I wish Mark all the best for the future and hope to do business again perhaps in the future.

As a new experience in selling a home, the way in which Mark approached me and the sale was exemplary. He was very kind and supportive at all points and successfully negotiated a three-way process between buyers of three separate properties. Arizto costs were kept to a minimum and Mark had good knowledge and patiently answered questions and kept in touch during the short time my home was on the market. Thank you Mark and best wishes for the future.

He went out of his way to accommodate additional private viewings which allowed us time with out pressure to explore the property for our needs. We would highly recommend Mark to family and friends if they are looking to buy a property. We will listing our current home for sale with Mark going forward.

Rochelle was excellent with her attention to detail. Keeping everyone in the loop, both verbally, followed up with emails. I totally enjoyed her vivacious personality under trying circumstances and cannot recommend her more sincerely.

Anna was always polite and allowed us time to look at houses and ask questions when we needed. She never rushed us. When she told us about the house we brought she told us when the viewing could be and was more than happy to show it a second time on the same day we first looked at it. She also guided us in the purchasing of the house in a difficult market Nothing was a problem for her in this transaction and she was always available right to the day of settlement for viewing or questions and delivered us the keys promptly. We highly recommend Anna to other sellers and buyers as her knowledge and helpfulness made all the difference to us. We really enjoyed looking at houses Anna was selling. Well done Anna.
