Selling a house is no small feat, and Kathryn, our real estate agent certainly rose to the occasion. Their dedication and commitment were commendable, often going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. Not only was she able to demonstrate a deep understanding of the market, providing us with valuable insights that helped us make informed decisions. Their negotiation skills were impressive, ensuring we received a fair price for our property. However, the process was not without its challenges. Most of these we heaped upon Kathryn and she dealt with them with complete professionalism. Not only did she have to deal with two vendors out of region, but one was in a different international time zone, so while there were some twists and turns all of them were dealt with calmly and with great clear communication. With fantastic suggestions and help with everything from staging to the finding of others to help the process Kathryn’s perseverance ultimately led to the successful sale of our house, for which we are grateful. In conclusion, while the process was lengthy and had its share of difficulties, Kathryn’s determination and hard work made it worthwhile.
