Jaggy sold us a house. It took a bit of time due to our circumstances. Therefore, I had the opportunity to interact with Jaggy over a period of months. He was very welcoming, but gave us space to look around the house every visit we had. When a question was not immediately available to answer, he made a point of following up with the answers quickly. He was knowledgeable about the current market conditions. Importantly, I found he had an unbiased and realistic view of pricing and selling/buying times. Specifically, he was able to argue with facts why he took a certain position, but also was able to take on new facts without getting defensive and ignoring logic. Jaggy was very easy to communicate with and always got back to us quickly when he was not waiting on slow sellers to supply information. I felt that Jaggy was very committed to both sides in terms of wanting the best for both the sellers and us. He followed up with us after the sale had gone through to make sure we had settled in and that we had no problems. Perhaps the strongest endorsement I can give is that he performed this excellent service during a time of hard personal times related to a family illness. Despite conditions in which any fair minded person would have found no reason to complain about a hand-off or period of radio-silence, Jaggy remained in contact with us, continued to help where he could, or arranged help from others where he could not assist. In my opinion, this was conduct above and beyond his duty and says a lot about a person, his care and respect for both buyers and sellers and people in general. I would be happy work to with Jaggy again and to recommend him to any person.
