Mark knew the neighborhood well providing information about the surrounding homes. He had introduced himself to the neighbors which proved really valuable when deciding to purchase the property as it was down a shared driveway. He introduced us to the neighbour and we realised we knew each other! Mark made himself available to show us through and quickly with the builder for a second time. Mark had knowledge of the market (as did we, having been looking for about a year and having to stick to a budget) so we were able to be upfront and he communicated well between ourselves and the vendor in a timely manner relaying all our queries and giving answers quickly. Mark is friendly and sincere.

1Kara has done a good job of helping me and her vendor, she has gone out of her way to get the sale as it would be a very hard property to sell with banks never keen to lend on bare land or with relocatable dwellings and cash buyers few and far between. She looked after her vendors interests to the end and recommended/pushed brokers to try and get a deal to no avail but i came up with the right one after 3 failures and he made it happen finally with pre-settlement inspection non-existent. Just the one hitch after all her other good efforts for both parties.
