I would have no hesitation in recommending Electra to friends considering the sale of their property. Her appraisal was right on the mark. She kept us well informed of viewings and the resulting comments from potential purchasers. Willing buyers willing sellers made for a quick easy turnaround. Electra has been a pleasure to deal with every step of the way. Congratulations to all parties involved.

Having Wayne and Veena Hemingway as our agents for marketing and sale of our home we found wayne to be highly professional and very helpful answered all our questions. Superb outcome!
Veena Hemingway
As a seller and buyer , Electra was exceptional. I have dealt with many real estate agents and she rates higher than my favorite realtor. Very professional and nothing was a problem to rearrange her schedule to suit my needs. Very impressed as Electra was organised, efficient, excellent communicator with a persona to match. Thankyou for your quick response to my emails and messages. I now wouldn't use anyone else. 😊

In very difficult market conditions Mike provided sound advice and worked consistently to find buyers and develop their interest in the property. He kept us well informed at every stage and worked diligently to achieve the best outcome possible. We have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone selling a property.

We live in the North Island and flew down for the viewing. Dave made the open home the last one of the day so we could spend as much time as we needed to inspect the property. After that, everything was done electronically and was super easy. Dave kept us informed through the whole process and was just as excited as we were when we were the successful purchasers of the property. We would thoroughly recommend Dave

Vicky staged and listed the property while finding a buyer in a short space of time. Even though it was an average market she was able to secure the price I wanted so I could secure and move onto the next project. Superb communication and commitment along with Ariztos extremely streamlined process meant the entore process was an absolute breeze!
