As the purchaser of a property sold by Kathryn, I found her excellent to deal with; professional, prompt and very helpful with our requests to liaise with the vendors to allow tradespeople into the property well before settlement to prepare quotes and estimates for renovations. Highly recommended.

What I appreciated most about Lillie was her no pressure approach. During some difficult negotiations she remained calm and encouraged everyone to take their time. She was supportive, professional and consistent. Plus she cleaned my windows until they sparkled! Thank you Lillie for a great result. I can highly recommend her as a positive, passionate and caring agent who works hard to achieve the best outcome.

Jonathan did exactly what he promised. He was friendly and professional, sold the house within 5 days. He knew the kaiapoi market well and advertised the house to suit. We could not have been happier with him. If we are to sell again he is 100% the only agent we would use, he made the whole process stress free and kept us in the loop at all times. Thank you again Jonathan, enjoy your well deserved holiday.

Jonathon was a professional and knowledgeable agent. He worked hard to market our house through investigating other sold properties to find correct pricing for ours, the way he advertised it and in our open homes. He was friendly and courteous to us and was committed to making sure we got the best possible outcome. Our house sold in a good time frame and at a price we were happy with… all down to Jonathon’s dedication to his profession. We would highly recommend Jonathon to anyone wishing to sell their home.
