This sale was a challenging assignment even before an unexpected negative building inspection set us back just before Christmas 2024. Nothing deterred Rochelle who ploughed doggedly on and came up with a buyer early in the new year at a price very close to our original expectations which were on the ambitious side. She knows the real estate regulatory framework very well and dealt very professionally with all parties. Her reporting & communication were very timely and thorough - if anything she over-communicates, but that is so much better than the alternative. Throw in Aritzo's market-leading commission rates, and it would be hard to imagine a better real estate proposition in Whanganui.
