Sharon and Malcom are an amazing team and are genuine lovely humans too. Very knowledgeable, super hard working and positive, they absolutely go above and beyond. Sharon got rookie of the year a few years ago and I can totally see why. Her suggestions for presentation were spot on. The property had slip relic history and Malcolm quickly grasped the core issues and worked out a path forward with the council. Sharon is a powerhouse, it was a tricky property, a tricky market and I was a staunch client ! yet she presented 7 offers to us ! Incredible! Offer after offer ! She really knows how to sell. Ive worked in real estate in the past myself and these guys are top notch - I absolutely recommend Sharon and Malcom, list with them for sure, you will not regret this choice.
