As a first time seller, we were unsure of the process but Mark was very informative and communicated the process throughout the duration of the listing process. He actively conveyed concerns when the initial listing type did not go as planned (due to our insistence of wanting to begin with a deadline sale) and quickly remedied the problem to suit the market requirements. With a conditional offer on the table within 7 days of going to market and 22 days total to go unconditional, we were really appreciative of marks professionalism and knowledge to make this a quick and as stress free ( as you can get for selling a house) as possible. 10/10 recommend.
