Buying through Gary was an absolute breeze. He was upfront and honest the whole way—no fluff, no BS, just straight-up communication. He made the process smooth and easy, always keeping me in the loop with great communication (and the occasional well-timed joke!). It was a pleasure working with someone so real and down-to-earth.

We had a fantastic experience working with Sue. From the beginning, she was always listening to our needs and provided the best advice based on the current market. Sue was open, honest, and we always felt that she was working with us—not just trying to get a sale. Her integrity and dedication made the whole process so much easier, and we truly appreciated her support every step of the way. Highly recommend!

I thought Steve did a good job working between the two parties ,no house is perfect when you buy it but it seems that the purchasers wanted the perfect house with free stuff chucked in as well . We found this very tedious but Steve worked through it with us and we appreciated that

Sue was so wonderful to deal with, open, forthcoming and making sure we were informed every step of the way. Along with diligently putting up with our millions of questions and constant emails and requests to visit the property. Really appreciated her efforts to make sure that we were able to have the time needed to calm our nerves and ensure we were making the right decision for us.

Sue managed the sale of our much loved property in a way which made the process clear, with great communication at all times, & an understanding of our wishes from the very start. We were so impressed by the care she took as the 'go between' between us and potential purchasers. She showed a great understanding of our property's unique draw cards, and we felt in the best professional hands at all times. We are already recommending her to other potential vendors in the area! We cannot recommend her highly enough.

Thank you for the support with the purchase of our first home. The process was smooth and easy, and Sue was super supportive throughout the entire process. Being our first home purchase, we had a lot of questions which Sue answered very quickly and explained everything in a way that we could understand. Thank you for making our dreams become a reality

After a little bit of a slow start, we got a price listed and the interest exploded. Very happy to have the house sold.
