I am based in Auckland and the property is in Hamilton Jaco arranged the house photos, open homes and marketing. He kept me up to date with what was happening. He also helped me with deciding on a reserve price for the property, offering advise on the procedure. He offered details for cleaners, lawyers etc based in Hamilton to make things easier for me. He was also very good with all my questions.

We engaged Mark because he had sold previous properties in the Village Gardens, knew the Body Corp and Unit Title processes and Ray White also offer a 10% discount on the commission fee for Super Gold cardholders. Mark was very clear and explained everything when setting up the real estate agent agreement. Mark is engaging and provided weekly reports on marketing and how discussions or interest from Open Home contacts was progressing. He is ably assisted by his PA Shannon, who responded quickly to any queries or arrangements for Open Homes. He was honest and straight forward in his dealing with us, including when we were hitting the price barrier in a slow market, and his advice was spot on as it transpired. We could not have asked much more from a real estate agent.
