What a journey! To have the opportunity to have such a awsum agent was our key to securing our home in Hamilton. I felt reassured and completely safe in his hands throughout the entire process and I still; can't believe Jaco made this dream come true for myself and my girls. Jaco is very professional, i have inquired on the property ads then he rung me back but I wasn’t available, he rung me again and straight away he made time for the viewing. He is relax, straight forward, approachable, he provides insights on the the property what could be done, and future potential. Me and my wife are happy to deal with him. We met Dave during one of his open homes and instantly impressed with his professionalism and how he presented the property. From the get go, we were confident that Dave would give us the best deal and the best experience for our sale… and he did! He was very speedy, professional and never missed a beat in giving us updates. He also gave us a few tips on how we can better prepare our house for sale. We were so surprised that we had offers just after a week, and then we went unconditional the following week which gave us the power to purchase our forever house. We needed to find a home, and fast. We knew our limits. Dave listened to where we were coming from and didn't just come at us from the angle of 'selling us the home he was marketing'. We didn't feel like 'just another prospective buyer' but people who he wanted to help acheive our goals. We didn't feel pressured and Dave answered our questions and pointed us in the right direction to present the best offer we could and with as many boxes ticked as possible. We didn't know if our offer would be accepted, but we felt assured that we had put our best foot forward. Great guidance, no false promisies, knowledge shared, transparancy re process, professional to a tee and because he held confidential all info re other potential buyers, we were confident he also was holding our info close.
