Professional with great market understanding and communication skills
Ellie-Jane guided us through the process of selling a property that was no longer required. We were absentee vendors with limited knowledge of the Taupo market. Ellie-Jane provided us with a fact based appraisal of our property, similar properties and the state of the Taupo market. She was also very helpful in referring us to various trades people to get the house ready for sale and undertake some needed maintenance. She is professional reliable and helpful and we have no hesitation in recommending her services to others.
