I had the house on the market with another company but I was seeing Kirsten alot when I was looking at houses so after the other company failed to sell I gave Kirsten a call. Kirsten is knowledgeable in her trade so when she asked me to do something I knew that I had to listen. Kirsten was easy to get hold of and had a pleasant manner she listened to what I had to say and kept me updated. So for us selling and buying a house and then with the covid it really did seem like a impossible hill to climb but we were blessed to have Kirsten and the team on our side. So now we are just sitting back and enjoying the view. So if you are looking at buying or selling a house or even both like us then have confidence that you have come to the right person as Kirsten is the female version of the Tom Cruise mission impossible as she will get it done and won't self-destruct in the process. Pam sold this property during shutdown, it was hard to find buyers but she did manage to sell it and the price was not too bad. More frequent and higher level communication would have been great but it was during shutdown so it wasn't an easy time for anyone.
