Hayley was amazing to deal with. She was very interested in knowing exactly what sort of property we were after and showed us through a number of suitable properties that were available. It didn't take long to find the perfect property for us. We were kept up to date during the offer process so we always knew what was happening. She was friendly, approachable and professional throughout :)

Hayley Shaw presented as both professional and knowledgeable when appointed to sale of my property. Communication was exceptional throughout the process and results spoke for themselves. Very pleased with results and did not hesitate in choosing Hayley again for listing a second property.

We used Pam to sell our property. She was very professional and friendly and a great communicator. She kept us well informed throughout the process. We would happily use Pam again if we were buying or selling in the future.

Even tho we knew Hayley was busy she always made us feel like we were her top priority. Always there when we called with any question and her follow ups were almost instant. Highly recommend Hayley and wish her the very best. She gave us the outcome we were looking for.
Hayley Shaw
Ace communicator, doesn't attempt to pull-the-wool, objective, well-informed and seriously pro-active.

Wow ..... awesome ..... Pam and Ali certainly exceed all our expectations on selling our beautiful home. At no time did we feel under pressure as communication between them, the rest of their wonderful team and ourselves was exceptional. We would certainly recommend them to future vendors and purchasers. Great Teamwork.

We would like to thank Pam for her exceptional service in not only selling our house but helping us buy our dream home. She was friendly yet professional and her communication was amazing. Pam and First National Collective made the whole process really easy even though we were out of the province for most of the process.

Kirsten was very understanding that we were older persons and accommodated what we wanted from a new home. Kirsten was simply a pleasure to deal with and made a stressful time easier and seamless. We are very grateful for her contact and ongoing kindness (Christmas gift- after she has ceased being) our agent (new home happy folks!). Should we ever need to buy again we would definitely go back to Kirsten. Thank you Kirsten!
