This is our 3rd purchase with Kirsten. With each purchase she takes time at the start to find out what we want, (with the 1st purchase she knew what we wanted before we did). Then all we do is wait. She calls us when a property comes up. We view it, its exactly what we want, we purchase it. It's that easy. With our 1st purchase she talked us thru all the paperwork, with this one she is reminded us of the important bits. Kirsten has built a relationship with us and fits around our busy life. Guess work was never required with hayley. We were promptly informed of any developments through a challenging process due to a cash exit clause being invoked .Hayley was thoroughly professional with a measure of warmth. Hayley was clearly respectfully aware of the enormity of a house purchase/sale in peoples lives. We did ask her the detail of the cash offer invoked, and always the professional, she would not disclose.The icing on the cake for us was taking possession on the day with a warm welcome and receiving a very thoughtful gift from hayley. An outstanding representative of her company.

Hayley was amazing at getting us our family home. We told her what we were looking for and she never stopped trying for us. When it came time to put an offer in the house we wanted she gave us her expert advice but never was pushy. She worked so hard on our behalf and got our offer over the line first pop!
