Kelly went way beyond in helping us when purchasing our little Art Deco home. We currently live in Australia so was a bit tricky with time difference but this wasn't an issue for kelly. Taking our calls and text way after office hours to help with a question we may of had and taking extra photos for us as we couldn't get over to view the property. Hayley Shaw was warm, friendly and professional. She was knowledgable about the house, the local area, and gave us plenty of tips to help make our buying process easier. But it was her communication that was particularly outstanding. She kept us in the loop with everything we needed to know and checked in with us every step of the way to make sure that we had what we needed and that the process was smooth. She managed multiple visits at a tenanted property for a range of specialist pre-purchase reports, attended them herself and was able to feed back useful information from their inspections.
