I ended up purchasing the first property I viewed, some 3 months later. Renee loosely kept in touch with me by providing updates on the sale progress of the property which I had actually ruled out completely. My circumstances and thought process ended up changing and because she had kept me informed about the property and touched base at the right time (with no pressure) long story short, I purchased the property. We had one of our rental properties that we wanted sold in Harewa, and although, our previuos listing as well as our property managers were from another company, Renee had been in touch 6-9 months prior, her bubbly professional approach stuck in our minds, so when we decided to sell we gave her the listing, i don't know how many days it took to sell, but it wasn't long and for a fair price that we could accept and move onto other projects, cannot rate Renee and Hayley high enough, in a society where there are so many sub par agents, i cannot recommend these lovely ladies high enough!
