Sorry Dillon Im doing this late which is not the best brain function time, But I really liked how you told us the disclosures straight away. On an offer with someone else we were told them at the time of making the offer. You were on hand to answer anything but not in that pushy way some people can be. You were straight up friendly, helpful and have an honest feel about you. I'm sure you will do well
