Nick is a very pleasant person to work with. He even reshuffled his appointments to allow us to view the house, because we were driving from Wanaka and only had limited time available. Nick showed us the house and answered our numerous questions about the property honestly and in detail. We had a complex negotiation process with the vendors and Nick kept us well informed during all stages and helped along the way. He was also very approachable and quickly replied to emails/text messages even after hours. Kees, during our meetings together carefully explained each aspect of the sale and was willing to answer questions and repeat things we didn’t understand at first. I want to be fair with prospective buyers. He is explicit about costs and about publicity campaigns...and those campaigns were brilliant. He pitched at what is so special, the location and the view.
