Alice came to appraise the value of our property, and knowing we were looking for something larger for our growing family, she assisted with a private showing of a property she thought would be perfect (it was!). She then was able to work with us to put in an offer, subject to the sale of ours. We were referred to Alice by our daughter who had just sold her cottage through Alice. She was so happy to get about $100,000 more than they expected. The market had cooled a little when we sold and we didn’t live in Dunedin so Alice organised all the respective tradespeople we needed and made many sound recommendations.
