What sets Alice Munro apart? She really cares. Recently Alice has worked with us to sell two homes, purchase a section, and has also assisted with finding us a rental property. Alice stepped us through the best way to sell, and achieved really positive result within two weeks of our home being on the market, not to mention achieving our goal sale price. Alice also assisted us through the process of purchasing our section where we hope to start building shortly. The icing on the cake was when Alice helped us sort a short term rental, something that is pretty difficult to do as we found out! Alice has a relaxed demeanor and this combined with her brilliant communication and interpersonal skills means Alice is able to keep both sellers and buyers minds at ease while she seamlessly produces top results.
