Alice communicated well with us as vendors, with clear feedback from those through the open homes and re the market in general. We appreciated Alice coordinating the people we required to make the sale happen ie a building inspection required for a safe & sanitary report, the staging people, a handy person to touch up some paint work. Alice and other agents were available for viewings outside of open home times. Alice organised fresh flowers for the open homes which was awesome & unexpected. We received good information about the potential purchasers and the conditions they required. The signing of the agreement, pre settlement inspection and settlement process were all carried out professionally and seamlessly. We recommend Alice and Harcourts to other vendors.
