After initial contact via a hand written card which I responded to, Lucy graced my doorway, a figure clad in colour, a smile from ear to ear. As we idly chatted she respectfully perused the property, enquiring about the various plants and eccentricities of the place, taking notes as she went. Not one to shy away from the challenges faced within the unique and slender housing market that is Lawrence, she took it on. Not a whiff of uncertainty as she strode back to her car after further discussion and her announcement she would return with proposal in hand. The proposal, as it happened, matched my expectations. She crafted a failsafe marketing plan, whereby if one approach wasn't quite working, she'd tenaciously come up with another until success was found, which it eventually was. Every step throughout the process was explained and executed swiftly and calmly, and given how the bulk of these processes was rather foreign to me, it was very much appreciated. Lucy's in depth knowledge of the small town market and finding potential buyers who are drawn to particular properties was invaluable. Her communication was, fiendishly honest, but always in taste, always respectful, and often real. Lucy is an agent you will never feel is "pulling the wool", or not putting in the effort.
