After initial contact via a hand written card which I responded to, Lucy graced my doorway, a figure clad in colour, a smile from ear to ear. As we idly chatted she respectfully perused the property, enquiring about the various plants and eccentricities of the place, taking notes as she went. Not one to shy away from the challenges faced within the unique and slender housing market that is Lawrence, she took it on. Not a whiff of uncertainty as she strode back to her car after further discussion and her announcement she would return with proposal in hand. The proposal, as it happened, matched my expectations.
