She has kept us well informed and advised of some items we had also missed in reading the Lim report which shows so much honesty and integrity. The experience was as stress free as it could possibly be in a sellers situation. There was never any pressure and I felt we were listened to. The communication was excellent no matter what time of day or night. If there were questions they couldn’t answer or were unsure about confirmation was done through the company to ensure correct information was being given.
