Throughout the process we found Alice to be an excellent communicator, and we enjoyed her honest, down to earth style. She was always professional, advice we received was always well thought out, and she always listened to any concerns we had. She was very good at passing on reports from various websites, and keeping us up to date with progress. She worked well with Lyndon Walker and we enjoyed our meetings with the two of them.
