Thorough, realistic and with great communication

Right from the get go Nick was honest, realistic with great knowledge of the market and flexible . Exactly what we were looking for in an agent to sell our home. Great all around, the perfect agent to get the job done.

I sent Nick a message and he responded quickly to arrange a meeting with the potential sale of our home. With our Family moving city we needed our home sold fast and in the current market Nick did and Maria did a great job. He set out all our options and answered all questions we had and made the whole process as simple as possible. He came up with a good marketing strategy and in a slow sellers market we were able to sell our home in a timely manner thanks to Nick.
