Donna is an incredibly down-to-earth, supportive and knowledgeable agent. This purchase was a real learning curve for me and I felt like Donna had the best interests of both parties in mind. Donna had all the info to hand and really knows her properties well. I never got brushed off or told that she would "have to ask the vendors/get back to me". She was also very honest and upfront and never tried to hide or sugar-coat anything about the condition of the property. It was a very protracted sale process due to external circumstances, and Donna stayed in contact and acted as a link for me and the vendor so that we all knew we were on track to get the results we all wanted. Donna always had the time of day for me and I never felt rushed or pushed around. She was hugely instrumental in making sure that all the purchase conditions could be met, and often thought outside the box to find solutions so we could move forward. As someone buying a home by themself for the first time, I was very grateful for Donnas knowledge, patience and support. I would highly recommend Donna to anyone looking to buy or sell as I really believe she bent over backwards to make my home-ownership dream a reality, and connect the right buyer with the right vendor.
