Jane sold our house within one week which is the quickest of all the twenty four houses we have sold. It was a smooth transition, price agreed on with Jane guiding negotiations. I think both parties were happy with the price and Jane was on hand to answer any queries we had. I think Jane has a good knowledge of the local market and people wanting to buy and sell which is why we are now on our way to Christchurch and retirement.

Cathy was the person responsible for the sale of my parents property at 2 Hart place Alexandra. The sale went without any problems from start to finish. The property was only on the market for a month before it was sold and then there was only a couple of weeks before possession by the new owners. Cathy was excellent to deal with.
