From the beginning of this process, that is, years ago when we discussed with Trista our plans to move in the future, she has been open to discussion, has given timely advice and even supported us in purchasing another property. At all times she has been approachable, has responded immediately to issues and driven the process forward. Trista has suggested avenues and contacts to pursue as we prepared our property for sale. In other words she has been our rock in the whole process, not just when it was eventually able to be on the market. During the marketing process Trista kept us constantly updated, researched and suggested things we could do and helped to find solutions to minor issues that were unearthed. Trista had an open and collaborative approach to marketing our house and we felt that we were working as a team. With her knowledge and understanding of the market we were able to secure a sale in times that were literally becoming more difficult by the day. What more could you want from a real estate agent and friend. The Family had to sell our elderly Fathers house. The sale needed to be handled in a kind and compassionate manner but at the same time a sense of forward momentum had to be maintained. Trista accomplished all of these things and at the same time built a fantastic rapport with our Father. As time was of the essence the method of sale Trista chose was "spot on". The family are all very happy with Trista's professional services, warm friendly nature and would not hesitate in engaging her again.
