Trista has been paitently working with us for over a year to secure our new home, with a preference for area, and not willing to sell until we could secure our new home she had her work cut out for her. After many private viewings and numerous phone calls we thought we would never find our next home, Trista assured us it would happen, with 2 young children who didn't want us to sell our family home, Trista involved them in every possibly way, and they were so excited when we found our new home. We listed our house in very uncertain market conditions soon after level 4 covid restrictions were lifted. At the start of the listing process I was one of those that thought that real estate agents were of questionable value and possibly unnecessary ticket clippers. By the end of the listing Trista had completely changed my mind. The advice she provided proved to be of high value and we are extremely relieved we listened to her.
