Pam had been marketing in my area for a while, so I was familiar with her, and LJ Hooker. She is also Dunedin's only woman auctioneer, so I decided to choose her for that reason too. She kept me informed by phone directly after Open Homes, or by a personal visit, so that I always felt up-to-date with the opinions of potential buyers viewing my home. She was very considerate about my needs for privacy, and worked client visits around times when I wasn't working from home. She was also very encouraging about my home's presentation, and clear that she wanted to get the best price for me, from the right buyer. In the end, she achieved that by bringing to me a buyer who had the kind of emotional response I was looking for, who was also willing to waive what would have been a time-consuming condition, and had her finances sorted early on. Pam was also very persuasive with this client in terms of helping her adjust to the Dunedin market, and make a final offer that was more realistic. I was very pleased to have Pam as my real estate agent, for a place that has been my home for the last 13 years. A Big Thank You to Pam, for an exceptional job!!
