From the beginning we had a great feeling that Michael was the right person to sell our large home. From day one right through to the final sale of the house Michael was professional and never lacked enthusiasm and commitment to make the sale. We felt that he was honest with both ourselves and potential purchases of our property. His supporting staff, including Olivia who did the write up on the property also did an amazing job. Michael also worked extra hard to ensure the photography was executed to the highest standard. Our property was complex and required extra effort on behalf of the photographer. We would not hesitate to recommend Michael Buys to any potential vendor with a property of any size.

Nina was an excellent agent to deal with, she gave us a full briefing about what she saw as her job and what the team would be employed to do. She listened to how we would like the sale to proceed and recommended what would be the best for our property. Nina was always professional and kept us informed every step of the way. We were confident that she had our best interests at heart and she pulled off an excellent result.

Nina and her team (Marine and Sara) were wonderful all the way. We initially had some reservations given we were the buyers, but were quickly made to feel at ease by the genuine and thoughtful way in which they ran the process of finding our perfect property here in Nelson. They were very attentive and present for any questions we had. It was a pleasure to work with them, we ended up with a connection that we will be very happy to keep in the future.

I was aware of Nina' sales prowess and her familiarity with the area we live in so wanted her to market our property, as I knew she also liked our house and this would make her a good person to sell it. She handled the ups and downs of a slower market well and we were happily able to find a buyer for our home and now look forward to handing it over to new owners and recommend Nina and her team to any other sellers in Nelson, she has a lot of knowledge to share.

Liz was involved in the sale of our personal home. We found her to be focused, grounded, methodical and vastly experienced. A really clear communicator who worked extremely hard to secure a great outcome in a challenging market. Would not look anywhere else if we had to sell again
