Buying a property is a huge undertaking, especially when you don't really know all the ins and outs and understand the legal jargon. Lauren was so professional, took the time to explain the steps we had to take and the reasons why. Made buying the property so much easier and relaxing. We really loved Laurens sense of humor, her lovely friendly smile and her knowledge of the business. We did not know Lauren prior to the purchase but now feel she is more like a friend. I am thrilled to be given the opportunity to express my gratitude. Jodi was amazing not only did she help us find the perfect house, she also stepped up to help us settle in offering help when we really needed it. This is a person that goes beyond her standard duties. After the sale one would expect that after money had exchanged that was it ....well with jodi no its just the start. She helped us get our new fridge and washing machine secured for us. she also gave us new towel set as welcome present. She contacted me regularly to make sure we seatled into our new home properly.
