Selling in a depressed market
Despite rising interest rates and falling house prices, Jodi staged the house very well and persevered with the open homes and private viewings.She kept in constant contact, to them and Harcourts. keeping me up to date with progress and teamed very well with Ami Eyles. Well done to them and Harcourts.I highly recommend them to sell your house.

Helpful, supportive and professional service
Ben was very professional in his dealings with us from start to finish. He was helpful and supportive, providing us all the information we required to assist us with our decision making. A great agent to work for you

Great support and sales plan in a flat market!
Ben came to us well recommended and proved that to be well founded - Ben knows the local market well as well as having a strong understanding of the national scene. His knowledge, and that of his colleagues helped us with our expectations and setting price targets - this was especially challenging in a flat market situation. He communicated both market information and feedback on our presentation standard to us. Ben showed a very professional and personal standard in our sales process and worked in a smart and patient manner to help complete our sale. We were comfortable working with Ben in a challenging and somewhat frustrating market - he listened to us and kept our expectations realistic.

Very knowledgeable of the local market/industry, and effective coordinator between seller and buyer
Ben is good at adapting to buyer's approach and providing guidance as needed. In particular, his contacts with other parties in the local industry (home builders, etc) and knowledge of regulations and process was very helpful to resolve resolve a couple of small but disruptive issues that came up along the way. Over the time spent working through the viewings and purchase process, we grew to trust Ben's input. Ben demonstrated that he is knowledgeable and resourceful. If he doesn't know or have something, he will say so and then will quickly source the information or clarification. We felt we could rely on his input and were not let down in that aspect. The work he did throughout our buying process, from our viewpoint, achieved a good outcome for both the buyer and seller. Overall it was a very sound and positive experience and we would definitely recommend Ben, and highly likely will use him as agent if needed in the future.

Helpful and proactive
