Selling memories - always tough. From start to finish the auction process was quick and easy. Harcourts do this well. Katie is a great agent - but more importantly a great person. She helped me through the declutter to dress up stage and then through the open homes and to auction- so many memories given away / packed up or disposed of. So many tears - but Katie was always available with her smile or cheerful voice at the end of the phone - if needed.
