After Claire visiting an open home, Tanya was more than happy to come back the next evening to allow me to look around too. Once we had decided we wanted to purchase the house she gave us some sound advice about how to construct our offer, as well as keeping in regular communication through the process to a successful outcome. From here she was very helpful in giving us advice through the later stages of the process, exchanging communications between the vendor and ourselves, including additional visits, and negotiating an early settlement on the property.
