Amy took the hassle out of everything in selling the house, she was more of a friend than anything else. At the end of January 2024 I listed with Amy Eyles a section for sale in the new development of Wai-iti, Blenheim. At that time many sections there were on the market. Amy suggested I take a premium package, which I did. There were two initial nibbles, that she followed up, then a gap. In April there was an offer, later withdrawn, then two offers, one of which resulted in a successful sale. Amy was approachable, and cheerful throughout the process, and pleasant to deal with.

We have recently sold our Blenheim property and Katie was our agent. We had a very good experience right from the beginning. Good communication and a nice quick sale. This was a great outcome for us and as we do not live in Blenheim the process went very smoothly.
