I made an enquiry on a property and from then on it was like a roller coaster! Michelle took me under her wing so to speak and looked after me from there on out during the whole process. Poor girl, she was bombarded with texts and emails all hours of the night and day from someone who wasn’t at all familiar with how this all worked, total ignorance at its best ! 🤦♀️ But to top this all off she replied no matter what time it was! Thanks Michelle for your patience as I wouldn’t of been able to have done this without your guidance 🙏🏻💪🏻 Never met you before but you were warm and friendly as if I had known you for ages. If you were phased at the walk of life I come from after having met me, then it didn’t show and you obviously trusted that I was genuine in wanting to purchase this property and supported me right to the end! 💪🏻 You explained things clearly and advised me when I was unsure and that was most of the time 🤣 And to top it all off you handed us a basket full of goodies at the end ! Oh wow we certainly weren’t expecting a surprise like that ❤
