My Agent Caz nailed it. Was a longer than normal process, had a few possibles, sadly me not being able to rent my house for longer and credit checks eliminated a few. So creative advertising came into play. This worked incredibly well. Tenants moved in 1 week later. Communication was 110% nothing to hard to change, to do, to find out. I'm flexible and appreciate that we trust each other's requirements. Emails back and forward, I'm currently in Bali so time differance was our only problem.
