Just ended a relationship and needed to fine a place After 3 months of looking/applying and not getting anywhere I came across this place Explained my situation to the agent and she said leave it to me and the following week I had a place Come to the day to sign paperwork and pay I find out they had no eftpos and all the money was in the card I couldn’t withdraw enough cash out or transfer to another account Managed to get enough expect for 1 week in advance Agent made phone calls for me and was able to get the keys that day So all up very grateful and thankful to an agency that looks after there tenants
