Malcom has been of great help ever since we approached him. He came to us through a recomendation from a family friend who has alwaz used him & i can see why. Even tho we live overseas in australia he made sure he maintained great communication either through email or on the phone. He made the process soo easy & we dint have to worry about anything. He stayed in regular contact with our tenants & organized open homes with great success. Overall we are extremely happy with his customer service & will definitely b using him again in future 🙂

Malcolm conducted the entire sales process in a professional manner. For a start Malcolm is personable and easy to get on with. He is knowledgeable about the market and the more complex work around selling apartments and the requirements regarding body corporates, acted in a timely fashion to get things done, and because I was out of town he did a few things I would normally have to do myself. I found Malcolm to know what he was talking about, and how the best way was to sell our home of 44 years.There was a lot of communication with us from both Malcolm and Kay.
