Purchasing a house from Ricky was a smooth and enjoyable process.

Seamless experience and a fast sale
We had been in touch with Ricky for a couple of years since meeting him at an open home (he stayed in touch even though we didn't purchase that property). When it came time to sell our home we got Ricky in for an appraisal, we were impressed by his indepth market research/insights and potential marketing plan. We assumed if he worked that hard on an appraisal, he would work hard to sell our home, and we were right. We had multiple offers within the first week on market and went unconditional two weeks later. Ricky kept us up to date the whole way through the process and it couldn't have been easier.
