Our confidence in her rewarded quickly, and even though the sale struck a very late hiccup (someone else down the buying chain couldn't settle), she found the right solution and our buyer was able to settle. Listing with an agent at a distance needn't be a worry, and by finding Karen it certainly wasn't for us.
