Oksana was an absolute gem! She always went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met and that we understood what was happening. Regularly checking in with us allowed us to update her on a couple of hiccups we were encountering and she got onto them straight away. Oksana always greeted us with a smile, was patient with all of our questions and never made us feel like we were an inconvenience or asking silly questions. Dealing with Oksana felt like she was an old friend which made it so much more comfortable and made us feel at ease. Marie is an fantastic professional. Selling a house is a daunting task, and the way Marie guided us through the whole process to get a good result was brilliant. Marie provides great advice when you need it. She is very diligent in ensuring that as the vendor you total control of the process, but when you become unsure and look to her for guidance, she provides considered and direct advice when you want it, as well as reassurance when you need it. This is the second time we have use Peter to sell our home, and the second time we think a record was broken in our suburb (for the type and age of home). Both times we chose to Auction, and felt very comfortable throughout the process.
