Being a first home buyer I was terrified and over whelmed of the whole process of purchasing a house Ben put all of my worries at ease by being incredibly helpful and honest as well as always reaching out and checking in to make sure I understood everything that was going on as it is a long and overwhelming process! I can not recommend Ben enough!

We recently purchased our new home on Dominion Place with Julie, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. Julie was fantastic to deal with from start to finish. Her communication was excellent throughout the entire process, keeping us informed every step of the way and making everything as stress-free as possible. She was professional, friendly, and always available to answer our questions. We're extremely happy with the outcome and would highly recommend Julie to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. My husband and I wanted to purchase the unit in front of ours, so we asked Ben if he could help us. Having already bought two other units with Ben's assistance, we knew how dedicated and professional he was, so it was an easy decision to call him. Once again, Ben exceeded all expectations. He quickly tracked down the owner, started negotiations, and managed to secure the property for less than the asking price. We were absolutely amazed at how fast he worked and how smoothly he made the whole process. Ben's communication, commitment, and determination are second to none. He genuinely goes above and beyond for his clients and achieves results that seem impossible. We couldn't be happier and would highly recommend Ben to anyone looking to buy or sell property.

We loved having Danean helping us out as first home buyers. She worked to our availability and always lined up a couple of houses for us to see every week as we worked out what we were looking for. She was always able to answer all of our questions. I was out of town when the auction happened but I felt very reassured with her accompanying my husband and doing the bidding. It's a testament to her skills that the first house we went for she was able to win for us! Highly recommend Danean to anyone!
