Sharlene were impressively supportive in every step of purchasing this property. We never felt a newcomer in this scenario of investment. Appreciate your concern and unconditional commitment to our new chapter of life, Sharlene. It was an amazing experience working with you.

I chose Debbie as I knew she has long working history in the general area. She was easy to deal, probably gave the best feedback and support of any agent I have ever health with. Prompt followup with questions. Handled a slightly trickier house sale ( well from my perspective) with good insight, assessment of market and potential buyers. I appreciated her honesty, and could really see the value of an agent who really knows the market...her sellers and potential buyers. She's funny, listens , is respectful. I would highly recommend working with her.

Debbie is the consummate professional in every respect when dealing with a property sale. I was kept informed promptly, consulted whenever it was considered I needed to provide input and I had confidence that the marketing plan was the right one for my property. A huge shout out to Debbie from me and a recommendation to others wishing to list their property - choose Team Debbie. .......Jane

It is with pleasure that I recommend Melissa Davenport as an outstanding real estate agent. She recently sold my house, and the experience was exceptional. Melissa is a great communicator and truly professional in every aspect of her work. I felt she always had my interests at heart, providing excellent advice and support throughout the process. It was clear that Melissa had done considerable research of the Christchurch housing market, in particular my local area, as she was able to keep me well informed of the current sale prices & marketing methods. She proved to be a good negotiator, securing a fantastic result. Furthermore, Melissa is incredibly reliable and completely trustworthy. I highly recommend her services to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

18 months ago Melissa was involved with the sale of our property in Governors Bay through Harcourts Grenadier. At a time when the housing market was somewhat uncertain, her efficient communication and encouragement gave us confidence throughout the process. It was without hesitation, that when we decided to also sell our Addington house 6 months ago, we engaged Melissa to market that property. She is extremely conscientious, sincere and focused to genuinely seek the best outcome for her clients and we were thrilled with our result. It gives us great pleasure in thoroughly recommending Melissa to anyone looking for an agent who is committed to performing at the highest standard to achieve a sale or purchase for you.

Mellisa was able to answer most of our questions about the property immediately and those she didn't have the answer for she made a point of finding out and getting back to us in a very short time frame. She gave us additional information about the local area and made us feel comfortable about the purchase.
