Debbie is a proactive and savvy agent who I'd reccomend to sell your house. Down to earth and very experienced, we found the process pain free. The network of Harcourts agents and their potential buyers is also very beneficial. Overall, I would and have reccomended Debbie to others.

We had spent over three months and 7 unsuccessful offers on homes, we were about to give up hope. Just as we were about to go away for the weekend we contacted Debbie over this property. She advised she could do a private viewing after work, so we did. Answered all our questions, filled in all the blanks, offered ideas for what might go in this room or that room. Updated us with answers to our question promptly, and helped us along the way with the paperwork. A true professional!

Sharlene was incredibly helpful during the process of purchasing our house! She was always impecable, professional and able to help work through any questions or issues pre settlement. Sharlene's vendors had a tight timeline and we were conditional on selling our house which added pressure to all the parties but that never showed and she was always the voice of reason and calm. She always had her vendors front of mind but as the purchasers of the property we never felt pressured and always kept us in the loop. Sharlene was great at keeping the lines of communication open which made the whole process easier. Thanks so much for your help Sharlene!

Ours was not a run of the mill house to sell. It required a specific buyer. Debbie and her team went the extra mile to make sure our property got maximum exposure. The extra efforts required resulted in a sale at a price we were comfortable with.

I cannot recommend Belinda highly enough. I selected her to sell our house after reading her on line reviews and was so glad I did. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Her professionalism and hard work were greatly appreciated as was her empathy and genuine kindness. If you employ her as your agent you won't regret it. Several of her reviews mentioned her exemplary sevice and I agree entirely. Thanks.

Debbie had handled sale and purchase of my partner's house and came recommended. She already had a client looking in my area and so was able to match us up. She provided excellent advice about what to do and what not to do for presenting the house. Her advice about pricing and flexibility was appreciated. The sale was completed relatively quickly which made my next move much easier.

Friendly and professional. Was excellent at advising how to present the house for sale. Was possibly unrealistic on price expectations which was disappointing but we were happy with the overall result.

Sharlene was a pleasure to deal with when purchasing a property listed with her. She was very accommodating answering any questions we had and providing additional viewings of the property. Sharlene always followed up promptly and in a professional manner. We have enjoyed working with Sharlene.
