Glenn provided an outstanding service in selling the property. His initial appraisal proved to be in line with the sale price acheived. He had many open homes in a short period, got a lot of people through the property and obtained six offers within approximately 3 weeks. This resulted in an unconditional offer that was subsequently increased and accepted within the 3 weeks. Settlement has been acheived in approximately 1 month from start of the sale process. Throughout the sale process he kept me informed/ updated generally on a daily basis. In addition he assisted me on several occaisions to carry out my obligations - as I reside at a location some 1.5 hours by car from the property that was for sale
